How to safely break the wooden floor that has mold on the back of the slab of concrete and wood?

The wood floor in our living room (20 "x20") has much faded. We started a few pieces of wood and found mold on the back of the wood and the concrete slab. Our plan is to cover the vent and contain the room with plastic from the rest of the house when the soil is removed wood. We somehow want to kill the first mold with diluted bleach before breaking the wooden floor. How can we get the wood mold still attached to the concrete slab?

You can not answer on how to get to it other than brute force. However, mold spores (fungal spores) are not good to breathe, so wear nitrile gloves and respirators that can filter mold spores. 3M N95 masks with breathing valve are very comfortable.
