THE METERIALS HAVE HELD UP IN CHECK POST AS I HAVE NOT ENDOURSED WET GRINDERS IN MY CST REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE. IS IT AGAINST LAW? IF SO WHAT IS THE REMODY? WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM PENALTY WILL I GET?
