Are there any tools that I can use to firmly press painter’s tape on the wall once texture has been applied?

I had to texture the sheetrock in my bathroom b/c it wasn’t prepared correctly. I want to paint stripes now. I am scared that I will put the tape down and begin painting: then when it is dry and I remove the paint, it would’ve “bleeded” under the tape b/c the tape is not firmly pressed down into all the grooves and cracks of the texture.

My painter uses a brayer but his trick is to smooth a small bead of clear caulk along the tape. It seals out the bleed under and gives an exceptionally straight line.
