Why was the normal mix of masonry is not feasible with the spraycrete machine?

here in the Philippines, we do plastering in the conventional system using wood and steel trowel.We wants faster implementation of the masonry we have seen in other country. What are the additives or something we should include in our mix?

spraycrete machines need more liquid, and they need to dry more quickly. I could not tell you about a particular mix, but should be more fluid to the pump, but easier to stick fast drying.
