How do I get rid of the hand tool in Adobe Photoshop?

I rarely find when I'm editing Adobe Photoshop CS3 / 4, which can not get rid of the hand tool. Even when I click on other tools, try to move the layer, fill the background … I can not! The hand is stuck stupid or something and can not do anything. Please help me. I really need to do my project I can not. Hand Stupid! >: O works! Thank you soo much!
