Should I prime drywall (sheetrock) first or apply caulking?

I removed some wallpaper in master bathroom and turns out the builders of house applied paper directly to drywall, no primer at all. When removing the wallpaper I had to remove alot of the caulking around the door frames, tub, shower and ceiling/wall joint.

Should I prime the drywall first, then caulk and then paint? Or should I caulk first, then prime, then paint?

Any tips on what type of caulking to use?

Interior use a painters caulk(acrylic latex) will do just fine
