I am looking to hire someone in the 810 or 989 that can use a drill press, band saw, and spot weld?

I Have been in business for a year now and have grown to the point where I need to hire somebody. I would prefer to hire a prior military person, but it is not a requirement. Those boys just arent getting treated well these days. Believe me I am one of them! Duties are to use various saws, band saws, chopsaws, and have the knowlege in them, and operate a drill press and be familiar with tapping and drilling procedures. And must know how to spot weld with a mig welder, and have knowlege in multi process welding. If you do drugs, dont waste my time. I dont want you or me to get injured. Must have own trasnportation and be 21 and possess good mechanical skills, and some carpentry, millright skills. Pay is negotiable and job is part time located in Clio Michigan, Genesee County.

my husband is in the Navy in Gulfport, MS. he is getting out in Nov. he is a seabee. he can do everything but Mig. he would be willing to to learn. could this be a full-time job? we would be willing to relocate
