The air conditioner does not cool enough above? (See below)?

The condensing unit on the back of my house is relativley again condenser coil inside the furnace is new as well. However, the furnace, which was made in 1978. Heated and cooled relativley well. However, when Air conditioning is my 1st Floor coold then my 2 nd floor. I checked all the things like blocked ducts etc ovbious. Is it because the fan motor of my team old furnace is not powerful enough. So if I can install an attic fan if this example is hot the ceiling. Air conditioning technology called and said this is normal.

I have the same problem in my house. It's a simple fact of rising hot air. An attic fan will definitely help. Otherwise, the best solution really (but expensive) is to get the zoning of the heating / AC installed. Basically, self-control thermostats up and down. I've never tried, but I seen the fans who sign up, basically sitting on top of the damage and force more air. No experience, but the concept looks good.
