Liver and adrenal cysts?

I have posted a couple weeks ago that 3 weeks ago my pro-op blood work showed my AST and ALT were about 8-9 times their normal limit, so I had a CT with contrast and more blood work. The AST and ALT were with in 3 points of being normal. How in 3 weeks can the liver do this? The CT showed a 3 mm low attenuation lesion on the left lobe of the liver near the dome likely representing a small cyst and a 4 mm low attenuation lesion noted in the superior left adrenal glad which is nonspecific and could represent a tiny adenoma and a 4.2 mm right ovarian cyst ( I have PCOS). My doc is out of town and doesn’t seem to have time to talk about it all with me. I am not want anyone to diagnose me just do I need to look further into all these cysts? Could this be cancer? Are they too small to even worry about? I have UCTD.

Nobody here can adequately answer this question for you as these cysts and lesions could be and probably are not related to each other. But that does not mean that one or all might not be a malignancy. No one here can tell you that. But I can tell you from what I know about lesions, cysts, nodules, tumors or whatever you wish to call them . . . don’t mess around . . if there is even a slight chance that one of these is a cancer . .than it can be life threatening. Continue to call or see the doctor until you have a DEFINITIVE diagnosis. Be persistent.
