Take off rear tire on bmx bike?

Hi I need a little help with taking off the rear tire off my bmx bike. Problem is mine has pegs and a bolt locking them in place and another bolt on the inside of the frame so I can loosen the pegs to take off. I can’t seem to loosen the inside bolt because the gear the chain goes on is blocking the bolt preventing me from loosening it I have taken the other peg off but this one is a problem due to the gear and I can’t squeeze a wrench into the space.
